Plans are underway for Writers Cantina, held this year on June 28-29 at the Utah Cultural Celebration Center in West Valley City.
Last year, our “issue #0,” was a single day; this year, we’ve doubled that, and added space for more concurrent panels/presentations, plus more room for “the Cantina,” the big room in which pros, fans, and everyone in between can mingle with plentiful snacks.
Prices have increased slightly since last year — but EVERYTHING has gone up since last year, and it’s still a heckuva deal: $20 for each day. (That’ll go up to $25 at the door.)
Plus, we’ve got T-shirts — pre-order and we’ll them for you at registration.
(Also: In response to the one complaint about the otherwise perfect venue, we’ll have a food truck there both days. Further details to come.)
