Really, the only Mormon author who comes to mind immediately is Orson Scott Card (and you of course, because you’ve mentioned it). I’m not Mormon, but that sounds like an interesting topic. If I lived anywhere near Utah…alas. I’m stuck in the boonies where the height of literary culture is cowboy poetry. Sigh.
