The first print collection of my webcomic CheapCaffeine is now available: Ethnic Albanians Need Not Apply.
Plus, if you buy it directly from me at a convention (my next one is Westercon, coming up over the Independence Day weekend), you’ll get the “Special Sketch Edition,” in which I will sketch a doodle of whatever you want!
Got my copy of your book yesterday and I’ve already consumed 1/3 of it. Loving every page. It’s amazing how many of these that I’ve read over the past year on your webpage are coming back to me. When I’m done reading it, it’s going on my bookshelf right between my “Calvin & Hobbes” and “Bloom County” collections.
Nathan, this is good stuff. Something the comic world is missing is intellectual comics. There really have been none since Breathed stopped writing “Bloom County” / “Outland” / “Opus”. There is a void out there that needs filling. Have you ever considered syndication? I think you might have something here.
Of course I can’t end my comments without mentioning comic #46. You added a note at the bottom discussing some spelling issues you had with the comic. (Love the random notes, BTW). But in your note, you had a spelling error. OH THE IRONY! 🙂
Keep up the good work. Looking forward already to volume #2 next year!
Thank you, thank you. Tell your family! Tell your friends! Tell your enemies who need to get their heads screwed on straight!
